This pathfinder has been created to help teachers know the resources our school and websites have available to help with teaching aids for a unit on space. There are so many resources that can be used to help research topics, gather data, and prepare learning projects for students. It is no secret that students learn more information by discovering it rather than merely being told information. Hopefully these resources will help teachers to modify classroom instruction in a way that helps our students become more familiar with the resources our library has to offer. They may help build the students' background knowledge of the planets, stars, and other components of space. This will also provide a learning opportunity to create a collaborative effort between library instruction and classroom discovery. The resources listed are available in our reference section of the library and some online resources.
Ready Reference and Dictionaries
